ABSTRACT. Employing recent research results covering the impact of sustained psychological distress and elevated anxiety symptoms on long-term mental and physical wellbeing of COVID-19 healthcare providers, and building my argument by drawing on data collected from BMA, CVN, Ginger, GMU/CCCC, ICFJ, Nursing Times, Rek et al. (2020), Statista, TCDJ/Columbia University, and YPCCC, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding the mental health needs of COVID-19 frontline medical staff. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data.
