ABSTRACT. This article presents an empirical study carried out to evaluate and analyze ethical acceptability of COVID-19 immunity certification. Building my argument by drawing on data collected from Ada Lovelace Institute, Censuswide, de Beaumont, Gallup, King’s College London, Medscape, Promoleaf, the Serco Institute, Survation, and University of Bristol, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding the fair use of COVID-19 immunity passports. Data collected from 5,200 respondents are tested against the re- search model. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
