TOWARDS A RESEARCH AGENDA OF MULTIPERSPECTIVITY: POTENTIALS OF AN INTEGRATED DIVERSITY-INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH IN ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND RESEARCH
SUSANNE MARIA WEBERABSTRACT. The article addresses the nexus of power, knowledge and transformation in a discourse analytical perspective. Disciplinary rationalizations and reconstructions of transformation and knowledge creation are the starting point for potentials of multiperspectivity within the paradigm of an integrated Diversity-Innovation and Development Research agenda in academia and Higher Education. Cross Sector Innovation and sustainability in science, transdisciplinary knowledge production are discussed as future strategies of open research and innovation in the ecosystem economy.
