ABSTRACT. The “trendy” composer is an “eminent” composer with a twist. If the latter is worth talking about for exclusively aesthetic reasons, the former invites debates for biographical reasons, as well. The percentage of psychopathology, then, will be significantly higher for such trendy composers because psychopathology is always a debate à la mode. pp. 235–244
