ABSTRACT. This paper discusses business and entrepreneurship education in South-East Asia. The article examines the sources of business and teaching material, primarily originating from the “West”, and the poor fit in local business and national context. The rich legacy of local knowledge and philosophies are briefly discussed with the paper hypothesizing the potential advantages of incorporating indigenous management ideas in pedagogy. pp. 95–114
