ABSTRACT. The purpose of this article is to gain a deeper understanding of communicative processes and practices, the development of knowledge management systems, the transformation of businesses into knowledge-based businesses, and the decision-making processes of international organizations. The results of the current study converge with prior research on the concept of flexicurity, the process of generating credible commitments, and the structural transformations resulting from networked media. pp. 139–144
