ABSTRACT. Gray and Densten claim that effective knowledge management is at the heart of organizational performance. Kwnates and Boglarsky view aspects of organizational culture that promote employee fulfillment and satisfaction as positively related to leadership and personal effectiveness. Marinova explicates the impact of organizational culture on employees' roles and subsequent role behaviors; understanding organizational culture and its impact on human behavior in organizations is of critical importance.
