ABSTRACT. I develop a conceptual framework based on a systematic and comprehensive literature review on healthcare services for COVID-19-infected patients. Building my argument by drawing on data collected from Accenture, Axendia, Deloitte, Gartner, GlobalWebIndex, Management Events, and YouGov, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding artificial intelligence-enabled healthcare delivery and real-time medical data analytics in monitoring, detection, and prevention of COVID-19. The data for this research were gathered via an online survey questionnaire and were analyzed through structural equation modeling on a sample of 5,400 respondents.
