ABSTRACT. My goal in this paper is to look at what Wittgenstein said about Heidegger. So little attention has been paid to this subject that his few recorded remarks on Heidegger have only recently all been translated into English. I will examine these remarks closely in what follows. I will also look at some of what has been said about them recently, and finally analyze them in order to draw a conclusion about what Wittgenstein really thought of Heidegger's work.
