ABSTRACT. I am specifically interested in how previous research investigated the value of transformational leadership, behavioral dimensions of transformational leadership, and the underlying processes through which transformational leadership may influence follower organizational identification. This study is grounded in the considerable body of scholarship examining the behaviors of transformational leaders in organizational settings, the conceptualizations of transformational leaders, and core beliefs characteristic of transformational leaders. pp. 26–31
