Deep Learning-assisted Smart Process Planning, Cognitive Automation, and Industrial Big Data Analytics in Sustainable Cyber-Physical Production Systems

This article presents an empirical study carried out to evaluate and analyze deep learning-assisted smart process planning, cognitive automation, and industrial big data analytics in sustainable cyber-physical production systems. Building our argument by drawing on data collected from Management Events, McKinsey, and World Economic Forum, we performed analyses and made estimates regarding networked manufacturing technologies. Data collected from 5,600 respondents are tested against the research model. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
