ABSTRACT. The purpose of this article is to gain a deeper understanding of the individual education systems that developed in BRIC, the diluted ideological function of Chinese political education, and the variation of educational development within and between the BRIC different societies. This study is grounded in the considerable body of scholarship examining the variation in elementary expenditures per children of school age within BRIC, the similarities and differences in outcomes between BRIC and the rest of the world, and the establishment of a multi-polar world order. pp. 36–41
