ABSTRACT. In the present paper, I focus on important personality variables which can predict managerial behavior, the attributes of entrepreneurship in terms of personality traits and management behaviors, and linking personality preferences to managerial behaviors. I am specifically interested in how previous research investigated personality traits that affect managerial behavior, the effect of leadership on work role performance in teams, and proficiency in behavior management. pp. 133–138
