ABSTRACT. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of the management of e-commerce, the fragmentation of social thought into artificial specializations, and the collapsing of social relations into mental constructs. The paper generates insights about the critical analysis of penal law, legal modes of governance, and the requirement of legitimate authority. pp. 197–202
