ABSTRACT. Following United Nations’ E-Government Survey, a meta-analysis on sustainable development and the implementation of citizen-oriented services complements the growing literature on e-government advantages for sustainable development, the worldwide tendency in the direction of a more citizen-centric advance as impelled by the requirement for more significant organization and cost-effectiveness of the public administration, and social capital and e-involvement management determinants impacting citizens’ dynamic e-participation. pp. 70–78
