ABSTRACT. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of technical obstacles tackling the embracing of m-Government service and m-Government improvement and diffusion, the driving aspects impacting the acceptance of m-Government among e-Government consumers, and the significance of regarding mobile service distribution as a platform for government and an empowering medium for social improvement. The findings of this study have implications for the accurate enforcement of m-Government services, drivers of the aim to utilize m-Government, and mobility’s effects on user contentment and public confidence. pp. 92–97
