ABSTRACT. I draw on a substantial body of theoretical and empirical research on COVID-19-related depression, anxiety, and psychological stress in sexual and gender minority populations, and to explore this, I inspected, used, and replicated survey data from Chapman University, College Pulse, Course Hero, Ginger, Harvard Medical School, ICF, NASPA, Statista, UNC School of Medicine, University of Maryland/ SPH, and UPMC, performing analyses and making estimates regarding COVID-19-related trauma and mental distress among sexual and gender minority populations. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
