ABSTRACT. Kvassov studies the relationship between information technology (IT) and managerial productivity (temporal dimensions constitute an important part of the individual perception of productivity). Hill and Hillier examine the extent to which investment constraints impact upon the ability of managers to respond to feedback. Meier and O'Toole provide the first systematic test of a formal theory of managing government programs in a network context. Devos et al. write that agency theory addresses relationships in which one party (the principal) delegates work to another (the agent) who performs the work according to a mutually agreed contract.
