ABSTRACT. Castanheira and Leppamaki examine the optimal structure of management when a decision-maker must have a mass of information processed before making a decision. Lemmex claims that the practice of Change Management is a combination of the methods used by people within organizations to ensure organizational transition is completed efficiently and effectively. Sillince proposes a general mode of rhetoric as constituting organizational communication. Mizuta and Nakamura consider enterprise organization structures and communication networks obtained from email transaction data.
