ABSTRACT. Luciano et al. focus on budgetary implications of DV laws in the Latin America, Central American, and the Caribbean (LAC) region. Edwards and Haslett argue that evidence of actual work in restorative processes with victims of domestic violence and their offenders has been scarce. Lambert and Pickering argue that for many women learning about rights is a significant part in the process of recognizing experiences of injustice and accessing remedies or protection. Kelly explores the tendency to deny, defend or minimize the violence of women, argues that female violence must be addressed, and asserts that today's refusal to react is a product of the feminist control over the issue of domestic violence.
