ABSTRACT. The purpose of this paper is to gain a deeper understanding of China’s sustainable growth and low-carbon goals, the strengthening of China’s economic reforms, and the function of the renminbi in being instrumental in China’s external trade inequalities. This paper discusses the major trends in scholarship about China’s low-carbon structural change, China’s market-led improvements, and the GHG releases strength of China’s energy sector. pp. 52–58
