ABSTRACT. Pilotti et al.’s investigation examines the contribution of memory awareness to interference, conceptualized as response competition that arises from the encoding of materials similar in appearance. Allen et al. conduct a neuropsychological and cognitive assessment study to determine whether time of day affects cognitive performance, measuring executive control (fluency), processing speed, semantic memory, and episodic memory performance. Izawa examines the all-or-none (AON) versus incremental learning debate using heart rate (HR) and galvanic skin response (GSR) under varied study¬test¬ rest (STR) presentation programs.
