ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
LUMINITA IONESCUABSTRACT. Koivuaho studies four types of communication networks: bureaucratic, professional, adhocratic and communal; innovativeness often requires working at the boundaries of common knowledge, and crossing interdisciplinary lines. Gray and Densten contend that there is a lack of theory to elucidate the impact of organizational culture in initiating and sustaining knowledge creation and transfer in organizations. Marinova examines boundary conditions on the relationships between culture and role perceptions and role perceptions and behavior.
