ABSTRACT. Amoroso holds that the policies for market liberalization belong to the process of economic marginalization. Amin observes that the new social democratic narrative assumes that a new global regulatory regime will be able to tackle the abuses of an unregulated capitalism without the need to alter its fundamentals. Jain points out that shrinking product-based profit margins, commoditization and intense global competition has compelled corporate executives to rely on their post-sale service operations to drive corporate growth.
